Key Responsibilities
- Client & Account Management: Generate qualified B2B leads, understand client needs, and present tailored gifting solutions for events, festivals, and employee milestones.
- Portfolio Development: Curate and design innovative, aesthetic, and on-brand gift hampers, onboarding kits, and premium merchandise.
- Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify and onboard reliable vendors for products, packaging, and branding; negotiate pricing and oversee quality control.
- Logistics & Delivery: Manage order processing, tracking, and timely dispatches across multiple locations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Budget Administration: Prepare quotations, track expenses, and ensure gifting programs remain within the allocated corporate budgets.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of B2B sales, procurement, or brand marketing experience, ideally within the gifting or FMCG sectors.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-servicing skills.
- Creativity: A strong eye for aesthetics, premium packaging, and market trends.
- Organization: Detail-oriented project management to handle heavy-demand festive seasons and tight deadlines
