Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Corporate Gifting Manager at Adsyndicate. The role involves managing and executing corporate gifting strategies to enhance client relationships and brand visibility. Responsibilities include curating unique gifting solutions, coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams to align gifting strategies with broader marketing goals, handle inventory management, and analyze the impact of gifting initiatives to inform future efforts.

Job Description

Create and oversee comprehensive corporate gift programs for clients, customers, and business associates.

Identify vendors, source innovative gifting options, and negotiate pricing and timelines.

Find suppliers, look for creative gift ideas, and bargain over costs and schedules

Oversee costing, budgets, and gifting projects profitability.

For prompt delivery, organize branding, packaging, customization, and logistics.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to comprehend campaign goals and requirements.

Inventory, vendor payments, post-delivery reporting, and quality inspections should all be monitored.

Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate gifting strategies, vendor management, and inventory control
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis
  • Creative thinking and ability to design impactful gifting solutions
  • Knowledge of marketing and brand engagement strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Past experience in corporate gifting, events, or marketing is a bonus
