Job Description:

1. Financial Modelling & Analysis

● Build and maintain robust financial models for business planning, fundraising, and strategic decision-making

● Conduct scenario analysis, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis

● Evaluate investment opportunities and business performance metrics

2. Investor Relations (IR)

● Support fundraising activities including preparation of pitch decks, financial reports, and investor materials

● Act as a point of contact for investors, ensuring timely and accurate communication

● Track key investor metrics and maintain investor databases

3. Store-Level P&L Management

● Monitor and analyze store-level profitability across locations

● Identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities

● Work closely with operations to improve unit economics

4. Business Storytelling & Reporting

● Translate complex financial data into clear, insightful, and compelling narratives

● Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and management reports

● Present financial insights to leadership and stakeholders

5. Strategic Support

● Assist in business planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy

● Provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall business performance

What we are looking for:

● Experience: 3-5 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, or Investor Relations

● Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques

● Hands-on experience with P&L management, preferably at store/unit level (retail, ecom, qcom preferred)

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories through numbers

● Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in eCommerce / Quick Commerce / Retail industry

● Exposure to fundraising or investor interactions

● CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
