Corporate Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end finance processes. This role bridges financial planning and operational accounting, encompassing both FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and R2R (Record-to-Report) functions. You'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Record-to-Report (R2R):

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage general ledger integrity and reconciliation activities
• Maintain compliance with Indian accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory norms
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to business teams
• Develop financial models to support lending, investment, and operational decisions
• Monitor key metrics, deliver insightful dashboards and prepare periodic MIS reports

Process & Systems:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals
• Drive process improvements and automation across finance operations
• Support ERP and financial systems enhancements

Qualifications

• CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within NBFCs or financial services
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory and accounting frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
