Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Manager to support the evaluation and execution of strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and project development initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to financial modelling, investment analysis, due diligence, project finance, and cross-border transactions while working closely with senior management and external advisors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing financial models, assessing investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to the financing and development of large-scale industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on experience in corporate finance and strategic transactions within a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support project financing activities for large-scale petrochemical and infrastructure projects, including financial structuring, debt raising, and negotiations with lenders and financial institutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including project finance models, cash flow projections, debt service analysis, and valuation models.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations, and financial materials to support financing discussions and strategic transactions.
  • Coordinate with banks, export credit agencies, financial institutions, and advisors throughout the financing process.
  • Support mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, technical and project teams to support the financial structuring and execution of new projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial modelling skills, including project finance modelling, DCF and valuation analysis.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure financing.
  • Experience supporting project financing transactions involving banks and financial institutions.
  • Exposure to petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA
  • CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus.
