Job Description

Corporate Finance Associate Manager must know to:

  • Develop financial models from scratch
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate financial policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial processes and reporting.
  • Conduct financial modelling to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and other financial documentation.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Associate Manager should have:

  • Educational qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
