Corporate Events & Engagement Manager

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

The Corporate Events & Engagement Manager will act as an external marketer for Superset and our enterprise clients, leading end-to-end event strategy, planning, branding, and execution across physical, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

This role is designed for someone who combines:

  • A strong marketing and branding perspective
  • Deep operational expertise in event execution
  • The ability to independently run large-scale events smoothly from ideation to business conversion

The individual will own the entire lifecycle of an event — beginning from the first discussion and conceptualisation stage, all the way until qualified leads are successfully handed over to the BDR team.

This person will be the central driving force behind the event, ensuring seamless coordination between corporate clients, universities, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders while delivering high-impact brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Event Planning & Ownership

  • Own and drive end-to-end event planning, execution, and engagement strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage participation across:
  • C1 Events – Delegate-pass participation events
  • C2 Events – Sponsored participation events where delegate access is unavailable
  • C3 Events – Premium sponsorship and high-visibility branding events
  • Build event strategies aligned with business goals, brand visibility, and lead generation outcomes
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, timelines, and execution workflows

End-to-End Event Execution

Act as the showrunner for all organised events by managing:

  • Event ideation and architecture
  • Theme conceptualisation and audience engagement strategy
  • Booth design and branding experience
  • Merchandise and goodies planning
  • Venue management and logistics
  • Vendor coordination and execution management
  • Speaker, panelist, and stakeholder coordination
  • On-ground event operations and troubleshooting
  • Post-event engagement and reporting

Ensure flawless execution while maintaining premium brand experience standards for Superset and partner organisations.

University & Corporate Engagement Initiatives

Plan and execute engagement initiatives across universities and enterprise ecosystems, including:

  • Employer branding activities at universities
  • Hackathons, coding challenges, quizzes, and competitions
  • Campus activation and student engagement programs
  • Networking and partnership events
  • Corporate branding initiatives hosted at hotels and premium venues
  • Strategic university partnership events designed to attract and onboard institutions onto the Superset platform

Work closely with:

  • TPOs and university leadership
  • HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Corporate marketing teams
  • External event and branding partners

Virtual & Hybrid Event Experiences

Conceptualise and execute virtual engagement initiatives such as:

  • Podcasts with TPOs, HR leaders, and industry experts
  • Employer branding webinars
  • Leadership panel discussions
  • Virtual networking sessions
  • Digital engagement campaigns and thought leadership events

Ensure high engagement and smooth stakeholder experience across virtual formats.

Client Branding & Marketing Partneship

  • Function as an extension of the corporate client's marketing team
  • Handhold enterprise stakeholders through event ideation, planning, and execution
  • Provide strategic inputs around audience engagement, branding opportunities, and experience design
  • Ensure brand consistency, visibility, and impactful storytelling throughout the event journey

Metrics & Business Impact

Track and analyse:

  • Event ROI and engagement metrics
  • Lead quality and conversion contribution
  • Brand visibility and stakeholder participation
  • Partnership outcomes and audience reach

Continuously improve event formats, audience experiences, and engagement strategies

Requirements | You'll be a great addition to our team if:

  • 6–10 years of experience in: Corporate events, Experiential marketing, Enterprise branding, B2B marketing and Strategic partnerships and engagement programs.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing and enterprise branding
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale physical and virtual events
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Ability to independently run high-pressure, high-visibility events
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with operational excellence
