Job Description
The Corporate Event Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events from concept through completion. This role ensures all production elementslogistics, technical production, vendors, personnel, and client needsare delivered seamlessly, on-time, and within budget. You'll work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to create engaging and high-quality corporate experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Pre-Production- Lead end-to-end event planning, including understanding objectives, developing timelines, and creating detailed production plans.
- Develop and manage event budgets, monitoring costs and maximizing ROI.
- Coordinate venue selection, supplier contracts, and service agreements.
- Create run-of-show documents and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and insurance requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Manage relationships with vendors, including A/V, lighting, staging, catering, and logistics.
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, leadership) to align production with business goals.
On-Site Production & Execution- Oversee event setup, production, execution, and breakdown.
- Provide on-site leadership and problem-solving during events.
- Coordinate all technical production elements (AV, lighting, sound, staging).
Post-Event & Reporting- Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting, capturing insights for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and feedback summaries for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- 47 years experience in event production, corporate events, or live event management.
- Proven experience managing multi-faceted events and working with diverse stakeholders.
