Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Doctor for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Corporate Doctor will be responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety programs, conducting workplace health assessments, providing medical care and first aid, promoting employee wellness, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. The role also includes supporting corporate health strategies, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with management to design and implement health initiatives for employees.

Qualifications

• Medical expertise and qualifications as a licensed medical practitioner, with skills in diagnosing, treating, and preventing workplace-related illnesses and injuries.
• Experience in employee wellness programs, health assessments, and occupational health management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, documentation, compliance, and corporate health policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, management, and external organizations.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and deliver health-related workshops within a corporate setting.
• Capacity to provide quick response first aid and manage emergency health situations.
• Additional certifications in workplace health and safety or occupational health are advantageous.
