We're Hiring: Corporate Director of Development

Location: Gurgaon | Joining: Immediate

The Clarks Hotels & Resorts , now scaling aggressively with IHCL as our majority partner — is looking for a seasoned development leader to drive our next phase of growth across India and select international markets.

What you'll own:

• Building and converting the management contract pipeline

• Owner-side negotiations — HMAs, leases, franchise structures

• Strategic site identification across priority cities Pan India

• End-to-end deal execution, from first conversation to signed contract

Who we're looking for:

• Proven track record at an established hotel chain in a development role

• Deep fluency with management contracts and allied commercial structures

• Strong existing owner and broker network in India

• Ability to join quickly and hit the ground running
