  • Travel domestically as required to meet stakeholders and strengthen relationships

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with experience in business development or M&A origination, combined with strong communication and execution skills.

  • Basic understanding of M&A processes and financial concepts is preferred
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipelines of business opportunities
  • Strong persistence, resilience, and results-oriented mindset

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a reputable institution (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and engaging communication style
