  • Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal process, including negotiations and closing transactions.
  • Coordinate post-merger integration activities to ensure seamless business alignment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the Internet industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and potential partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Development Lead (M&A) should have:

  • Strong educational background (Tier 1 MBA) with 6-10 years experience.
  • Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions within tech/startup ecosystem will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis.
  • Solid understanding of the tech industry and its market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
