Corporate Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating acquisition and investment opportunities
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive benchmarking
• Support due diligence efforts and post-merger integration planning
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or financial advisory
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis
