Hyderabad based role - Amara Raja Group is looking to welcome a seasoned professional to our Corporate Communications team.
If you bring 610 years of experience across agency and/or corporate communications, along with a Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.

Purpose of this Role:
The role is responsible for shaping and protecting the organization's reputation through strategic internal and external communications. This role manages corporate messaging, media relations, leadership communications, and crisis response, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives, values, and regulatory environment. Works closely with senior leadership, HR, and business units to communicate clearly and consistently with employees, media, stakeholders, and the broader public, particularly around manufacturing operations, sustainability, safety, and growth initiatives.
Brief Description of Role & Responsibilities:
Nature of Experience Needed for the Position:
5 to 10 years of Corporate Communications in large organisations, handling marketing communications, digital marketing, employee communications etc. Or 5+ years in an advertising or PR agency
Skills / Competencies Needed for the Position:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Organized with attention to detail.- Sound understanding of agency functions.- Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.- Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.
Education:- Masters/PG in Communications/Marketing
