The Corporate Communication Brand Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the Phase 1 brand end-to-end, with hands-on experience in building, positioning, and externalising the Phase 1 brand across marketing, PR, media, and client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the brand DNA, culture, and business vision, and externalise it across all communication and marketing channels
- Lead brand strategy and positioning to build strong market presence and recall
- Drive brand building initiatives across PR, marketing communication, digital, media, events, and partnerships
- Manage client-facing communication to strengthen brand perception and engagement
- Showcase Phase 1's brand culture, values, and work through storytelling and strategic communication
- Own PR initiatives including media outreach, features, brand visibility, and reputation management
- Track, manage, and execute award submissions, industry recognitions, and brand credentials
- Act as the brand gatekeeper, ensuring consistency and quality across all external communication
Mandatory Experience & Capability
- Proven track record of independently owning brand strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, prior experience handling client-facing brand communication and positioning
- Hands-on experience with PR, media engagement, and award submissions
- Ability to work independently while aligning closely with leadership teams
- Strong communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills
