About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and communication-driven Corporate Communication Executive with experience in the real estate industry or branding/marketing environments to manage internal and external communication, brand messaging, public relations, and organizational visibility initiatives.
Responsibilities
Corporate Communication & Brand Messaging
- Develop and manage internal and external communication aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, communication tone, and brand positioning across all channels.
Public Relations & Media Coordination
- Coordinate with media agencies, PR partners, and external stakeholders for brand visibility and communication initiatives.
- Support media interactions, press releases, interviews, and public communication activities.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Manage internal communication initiatives including employee announcements, engagement campaigns, townhalls, and organizational updates.
- Support HR and leadership teams in driving employee communication and culture-building initiatives.
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Create content for communication campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Support development of corporate presentations, brochures, reports, social media communication, and branding collateral.
Brand Visibility & Reputation Management
- Support initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence, corporate image, and industry positioning.
- Monitor public perception, market trends, and communication effectiveness.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track communication initiatives, campaign performance, media activities, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication dashboards for leadership review.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Communication, PR, Branding, or Marketing.
- Preferred experience in the real estate industry, corporate communication agencies, or branding environments.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of brand communication, media coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in video editing, communication tools, and content creation.
