About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and communication-driven Corporate Communication Executive with experience in the real estate industry or branding/marketing environments to manage internal and external communication, brand messaging, public relations, and organizational visibility initiatives.

Responsibilities

Corporate Communication & Brand Messaging

  • Develop and manage internal and external communication aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, communication tone, and brand positioning across all channels.

Public Relations & Media Coordination

  • Coordinate with media agencies, PR partners, and external stakeholders for brand visibility and communication initiatives.
  • Support media interactions, press releases, interviews, and public communication activities.

Internal Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Manage internal communication initiatives including employee announcements, engagement campaigns, townhalls, and organizational updates.
  • Support HR and leadership teams in driving employee communication and culture-building initiatives.

Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Create content for communication campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Support development of corporate presentations, brochures, reports, social media communication, and branding collateral.

Brand Visibility & Reputation Management

  • Support initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence, corporate image, and industry positioning.
  • Monitor public perception, market trends, and communication effectiveness.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track communication initiatives, campaign performance, media activities, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Communication, PR, Branding, or Marketing.
  • Preferred experience in the real estate industry, corporate communication agencies, or branding environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of brand communication, media coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in video editing, communication tools, and content creation.
