Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear communication execution plans, communications processes to support the implementation ofstrategic communication plans aligned with the organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, includingBusiness Development, to integrate communicationstrategies with business initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Contribute to organizationalchange management efforts and support in the implementation of internalcommunication strategies.
  • Develop collaterals, corporatepresentations (PPTs) and videos based on organizational requirements, ensuringthey reflect strategic direction, key messages, and brand standards.
  • Produce engaging content,including scripts, speeches, talking points, and executive messages.
  • Lead the production of impactfulvideo content from planning through post-production for internal and externaldistribution.
  • Identify and create thoughtleadership opportunities for senior leadership, including speaking engagements,authored articles, panel participation, and media interviews.
  • Develop content and campaignsthat position Heteros leadership as influential voices within thepharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Plan and execute initiatives thatenhance Heteros brand visibility and credibility in the market, leveragingboth online and offline platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to Heterosbranding guidelines and maintain high-quality standards across allcommunication deliverables.
  • Support efforts in driving brandvisibility, product messaging, and support the BD teams in customer engagementcommunications based on the requirement.
  • Coordinate and supportMarketingCommunicationsBusiness Development teamsthrough integratedcommunication strategies and align with business growth objectives.
  • Manage relationships withexternal agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality content, campaigns, andservices aligned with Heteros communication goals.
  • Foster a high-performing teamculture centered around innovation, agility, and collaboration.
  • Proactively support in crisiscommunications to safeguard company reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Mastersdegree inCommunications with sciences at graduationor a related field.
  • 712 years of relevant experience instrategic or corporate communications,with at least 3 years in thepharmaceutical industry.
  • Provenability to build and execute communication strategies that support corporategoals.
  • Experiencein executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strongwriting, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experiencein pharmaceuticals is a strong advantage.
