Job Purpose:
Build, grow and sustain high levels of aspiration for Royal Enfield through inventive and disruptive PR programmes and campaigns. The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the corporate reputation for Royal Enfield, (including brand communications and crisis communications), to bring in a high level of innovation and execution into Corporate PR for brand, and special initiatives at Royal Enfield. The incumbent will support senior team members to execute key campaigns and tasks and lead relevant projects with efficiency and responsibility and with an objective to ensure higher levels of aspiration through PR for the brand and positive word of mouth.

What you'll do:
Strategic planning and execution
- Incumbent of this role is being brought in with the single purpose of leading the thinking on PR and how PR effectively and impactfully contributes to brand and sub-brand equity.
- Responsible to curate, build, and sign-off all PR plans for corporate, sub-brands, initiatives and special projects, regional level equity building and activations.
- In addition to working on larger Annual plan, broad direction for PR innovation on relevant sub-brands, the incumbent will also own the creation and execution of quarterly, and monthly plans for product, sub-brand, and regions.
- Incumbent should have a strong bent of creative ability to blend traditional and new PR using inventive engagement ideas to grow brand aspiration and equity through authentic, relevant and organic partnerships
Excellence and innovation in PR
- Critical element of the job role will be to bring in a new-level of thinking and exploring possibilities with an intent to disrupt, and innovate | Capably manage the traditional deliverables of PR while bringing in a fresh and almost disruptive thought-process to ideation, to launches, and to corporate PR.
- We are looking at candidates who can ideate in a very non-linear manner, closely aligned with Royal Enfield brand personality and values, while ensuring impactful results.
Corporate Communications
- Incumbent will lead and support on all elements of communications, including managing end to-end PR and comms, media interactions for company spokespersons, responding to media queries, for EGF and Green Business initiatives of Royal Enfield.
- Annual reporting
Content ownership
- Incumbent will be responsible for bringing in sharp content creation, curation abilities inline with the brand, with motorcycling, and motorcycle technicalities. We are looking to evolve PR led content writing to reflect more dynamism, more flair for the Royal Enfield motorcycling way of life, and most importantly a certain level of uniqueness and disruption.
- End-to-end responsibility to develop all press content including (but not limited only to) press releases, pitch notes, briefing documents, launch documents, and all other PR related requirements.
Stakeholder management
- Work closely and collaboratively with an array of internal stakeholders including brand managers / leads and their teams, rides lead and their teams, business heads, marketing peer group team.
- In-charge for key media relations across national press, regional press,, among others.
- Support the development of a sustainable agency ecosystem by working closely with relevant agency(s) and team(s) to ensure seamless campaign execution, collaboration, impactful delivery on objectives, timely delivery, setting up SOPs for knowledge sharing and integrated working.
Content curation.
Coordination | Agency management.
Assist in the setup of systems and processes including weekly meetings, monthly/ quarterly
reviews, monthly and quarterly planning etc.
Assist with the planning of a high impact launch ensuring Ontime-In full execution of PR strategy and launch programme, seamless execution for all new variant launches.
What you'll bring:
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience with leading organizations in the automobile, Big 4 consulting or FMCG
Qualification: Degree in Communications / Mass Communications / PR / Marketing Communications
