Role Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, and promoting Scholar's premium stationery, planners, notebooks, journals, and corporate gifting solutions. The role focuses on revenue generation, relationship management, business expansion, and ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to order execution.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new corporate sales opportunities.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective B2B clients.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, networking, and client meetings, LinkedIn etc
Develop relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Generate inquiries for customized stationery and corporate gifting solutions.
Maintain lead generation trackers and sales pipeline reports.
2. Revenue Achievement & Sales Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
3. Key Account Management
Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
4. Corporate Gifting & Solution Selling
Promote Scholar's premium notebooks, planners, journals, and gifting solutions.
Understand client branding and customization requirements.
Recommend suitable gifting and stationery solutions based on client needs.
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for customized projects.
Ensure successful execution of corporate gifting programs.
5. Client Relationship Management
Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate issue resolution.
Monitor repeat business opportunities and client engagement.
Build trust-based relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
6. Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and orders.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
Provide sales forecasts and business projections.
Update CRM and sales management systems regularly.
7. Market Research & Business Expansion
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
Research emerging corporate gifting and stationery trends.
Develop strategies to penetrate new industries and regions.
Provide market intelligence and customer insights to management.
8. Internal Coordination & Order Execution
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and design teams.
Ensure timely execution of client orders.
Monitor order status and delivery commitments.
Support collections and payment follow-ups when required.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Additional Responsibilities
Represent Scholar at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
Support management with strategic sales initiatives.
Perform any additional sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
