Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals. 

• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, company website, newsletters, blogs, press releases, presentations, and marketing collateral. 

• Produce engaging thought-leadership content showcasing company expertise, manufacturing capabilities, innovation, and growth. 

• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 

• Create video scripts, case studies, customer success stories, and industry insights. 

Founder Branding

• Build and manage the personal brand of the Founder and Leadership Team. 

• Develop LinkedIn content, articles, interviews, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership campaigns. 

• Create compelling narratives around the founder's vision, business journey, industry expertise, and achievements. 

• Enhance founder visibility through digital platforms, events, industry forums, and media opportunities. 

Public Relations (PR) & Media Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, industry publications, and influencers. 

• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and corporate announcements. 

• Manage media interactions, interviews, and brand communications. 

• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for positive brand visibility. 

• Handle reputation management and crisis communication when required. 

Podcast & Video Branding

• Conceptualize, coordinate, and manage podcast initiatives featuring industry leaders, customers, partners, and internal experts. 

• Create podcast content plans, scripts, discussion topics, and promotional campaigns. 

• Coordinate video shoots, interviews, and digital storytelling initiatives. 

• Work closely with creative agencies and production teams. 

Corporate Branding & Communications

• Drive corporate branding initiatives to strengthen Regal Kitchen's market presence. 

• Develop company profiles, corporate presentations, investor decks, and business communication materials. 

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. 

• Support participation in exhibitions, industry conferences, awards, and networking events. 

Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn and other professional digital platforms. 

• Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance. 

• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. 

AI & Marketing Technology

• Utilize AI tools for content generation, research, video creation, design support, analytics, and workflow automation. 

• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, Notion AI, Jasper, Descript, and similar platforms. 

• Implement AI-driven strategies to improve content quality, efficiency, and audience engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related field. 

• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, AI Tools, or Corporate Communications will be an added advantage. 

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Content Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR, Founder Branding, or Digital Branding. 

• Experience working with manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or consumer brands is preferred. 

• Proven track record in managing executive/founder branding initiatives.
