Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients businesses to offer tailored financial solutions
  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex credit and lending proposals
  • Cross-sell a wide range of banking products (e.g., treasury, trade finance, cash management, corporate loans)
  • Monitor portfolio risk, credit quality, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with credit, legal, product, and operations teams to execute deals
  • Prepare financial analysis, credit proposals, and relationship reviews
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and maintain strong market visibility
  • Report pipeline and performance metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus)
  • 510 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, relationship management, or investment banking
  • Proven track record in managing large corporate clients and structuring financial deals
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit structuring, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of commercial drive
