We are looking for a New Business Development Manager with prior experience in marketing/advertising agencies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency
  2. Prospect and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
  3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
  4. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  5. Coordinate with internal strategy and creative teams for pitches
  6. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 34 years of experience in business development within a marketing/advertising agency
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and agency services
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Proven track record of closing new business deals
  5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
  6. Must be based in Bangalore
