Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency
- Prospect and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Coordinate with internal strategy and creative teams for pitches
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in business development within a marketing/advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and agency services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing new business deals
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
- Must be based in Bangalore
