Role Overview
The Corporate Alliance Manager will lead and scale strategic partnerships with corporates to drive B2B revenue growth across healthcare, wellness, and preventive care offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic corporate alliances
- Build long-term partnerships with large and mid-sized corporates
- Drive revenue through corporate health programs, wellness solutions, and healthcare packages
- Own commercial structuring, negotiations, and contract closures
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Medical teams for seamless execution
- Track alliance performance, revenue, and engagement KPIs
Candidate Profile
- 1012 years of experience in healthcare alliances, corporate sales, or partnerships
- Strong network in corporates; insurance & healthcare exposure preferred
- Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage organizations
