Role responsibilities
We are looking for a BancassuranceManager in Banca Channel - Branch Banking - Tele Vertical Department for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- To manage the banking channel relationship achieve financial objectives from Bank Tele channels mapped to this role
- Ensure healthy business growth secure largest share of life insurance business in channels managed
- Achieve / Over achievement of the assigned top-line target
- Achieve channel objectives on key business levers like activation, productivity ATS
- Achieve Lead adequacy ratio (LAR) Lead conversion ratio (LCR)
- Interact with the channels partners at agreed levels frequency to manage expectations, have a committed and a partnership based relationship
- Enable smooth MIS other information flow to channel on agreed key business parameters
- Develop guide sales team (CSM / FLS / SO) to avoid channel escalations
- Ensure intra inter-departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposal
Desired Candidates Profile
- Any Graduation /Post Graduation
- Minimum 3 to 6 Years of experience of Sales in Banking/Finance and Insurance Domain
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience required in Life Insurance domain
- Excellent in Communication and Presentation of the products
- Strong Negotiation Skills
CTC : 4.00pa
Experience : 1 year in insurance
