Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Corporate Agency and Broking Relationship professional. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with corporate agencies and brokers, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, building trust with stakeholders, and achieving sales targets through effective collaboration and client servicing.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to nurture and grow professional networks
- Expertise in corporate agency management and broking relationships, including business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of life insurance and financial services industries
- Target-driven with results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage
