Job Description
Role: Associate– Corporate Advisory
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead origination and execution of mandates related to Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution.
• Drive Business Development and forge new client relationships.
• Prepare and present Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks.
• Build and analyze complex financial models.
• Conduct Project Appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures.
• Collaborate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• CA /Semi – Qualified CA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory.
• Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring, and resolution of stressed assets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
