About the Role

As Corporate Actions Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations across corporate actions and dividend processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with market deadlines. You will lead workflow management, validate accounting entries, and monitor events throughout their lifecycle. The role combines technical expertise with leadership, supporting and guiding team members while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external market providers. You will play a key role in client communication, instruction handling, and issue resolution, while also contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and departmental projects. This position is central to delivering high-quality service across a dynamic, global asset environment, where your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across corporate actions and dividend processing.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with market deadlines.
  • Lead workflow management and validate accounting entries.
  • Monitor events throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support and guide team members while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in client communication, instruction handling, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and departmental projects.

Qualifications

You bring proven corporate actions experience at a supervisory level, ideally within an investment management environment. You hold or are working towards relevant qualifications such as IOC or IMC.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, ETFs, and investment trusts.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Confident communicator and team leader.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
  • Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a supervisory role within an investment management environment.
