Objective of the Role- Corporate sales, or B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, is the process of selling products or services from one company to another, focusing on large organizations, institutions, or enterprises, not individual consumers.
Skills Required -
- Understanding of Financial Products,including Equity, MF, Insurance and Tax.
- Willingness for Sales & Go-getter with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Candidate should have very good numerical and analytical skills, team player with effective communication skills.
Areas of Responsibility-
- The candidate would be responsible for onboarding Corporates and interacting with HR/Finance or the CEO of the organization for arranging Financial Wellness Camps.
- The candidate will be assigned targets related to the acquisition of Corporates and Registrations on the website through corporates.
- Implementing competent business strategies to market the platform and Financial Wellness Program to Corporates.
- Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate better and increase the activation ratios.
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them with expert advisory services pertaining to the selection of the right products/services for the employees.
- The candidate would be required to work on-site on the corporate customers premises in Mumbai.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories.
