Corporate Accounting

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for APAC entities
  • Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and company policies
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations across APAC regions
  • Assist with statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Payroll Management

  • Oversee and process payroll for multiple APAC countries in coordination with external vendors or internal teams
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Validate payroll inputs including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

What you need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, preferably in APAC region
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing across multiple countries
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional accounting standards
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations across APAC countries
  • Experience with ERP systems and payroll systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
