Role Summary:
TechRyde is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accountant with a strong background in corporate finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes, expertise in QuickBooks, and in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS compliance. Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Also, manage and support US accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and coordinating with international stakeholders
- Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and end-to-end bookkeeping
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS and PF compliance
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance and reporting
- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and support management in decision-making
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal financial controls
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in accounting operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and timely salary disbursements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Hands-on experience in DSC registration and management across TRACES, Income Tax, EPFO, and MCA portals.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate/MNC environment
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Good command of written and spoken English
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
