Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Corporate Account Manager, focusing on the Enterprise B2B market within the e-learning industry in the Middle East. The Corporate Account Manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, pitching services to prospective clients, managing ongoing client relationships, and meeting sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales skills, including identifying opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue goals
  • Strategic Planning and Account Management expertise with the ability to execute successful tailored strategies
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships with corporate clients
  • Knowledge of the E-learning Industry and experience in the Middle East market is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA would be an advantage
