Job Description

We are urgently hiring a qualified Cornea Specialist / Ophthalmologist for an opportunity in Bathinda, Punjab. Candidates with specialized experience in cornea-related diagnosis, management and ophthalmic procedures are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage corneal diseases and disorders
• Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations
• Manage corneal infections, dystrophies and other corneal conditions
• Evaluate patients requiring specialized cornea care
• Perform relevant ophthalmic procedures as per expertise
• Manage OPD and follow-up patients
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans
  
  

Key Skills

• Strong Cornea & Anterior Segment clinical skills
• Comprehensive ophthalmic examination
• Corneal disease diagnosis and management
• Ophthalmic surgical/procedural skills
• Clinical decision-making and patient counseling
• Good communication and teamwork
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS + MS / DNB / MD Ophthalmology
• Cornea Fellowship / specialized Cornea training preferred
• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
• Relevant experience in Cornea & Ophthalmology preferred
