About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled CorelDRAW Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual graphics, marketing collateral, product packaging layouts, and print-ready production files. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in CorelDRAW and a strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Design Creation: Conceptualize and design original graphics, vectors, layouts, logos, brochures, banners, catalogs, flyers, and posters using CorelDRAW. Packaging & Print Production: Prepare accurate, high-resolution, print-ready files (handling bleeds, color profiles, keylines, and die-lines) for print media, flex boards, or manufacturing. Collateral & Marketing Support: Assist the marketing and sales teams by designing promotional materials, digital/ social media creatives, emailers, and newsletters. Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs strictly align with company brand guidelines, color palettes, and quality standards. Client/Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, production) to understand requirements, modify artwork, and implement feedback quickly. Asset Management: Organize, archive, and maintain a well-structured library of design vectors and templates for quick future retrieval. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • • • • • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on expertise in CorelDRAW is required. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is an added advantage. Experience: 1–3+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably handling print media, packaging, or corporate branding. Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of print technologies, resolution formats (CMYK vs. RGB), vector manipulation, and pre-press processes. Bilingual Proficiency: Basic reading and writing skills in both English and Hindi to accurately understand text copy, translate label information, and incorporate regional content into designs. Page 1 of 2• • Minimum to Zero-Error Copy-Paste Standards: Impeccable attention to detail when copying and pasting text content (such as ingredients, disclaimers, or promotional copy) into design layouts. Must strictly cross-check spelling, punctuation, and alignment to prevent spelling mistakes, missing characters, or formatting errors in final print outputs. Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and clear communication skills to interpret briefs accurately.
