Job Description Core Sales Telecalling Executive (US Travel Process)

Role: Drive outbound and inbound ticket sales for the US market. Handle end-to-end customer queries on flights, pricing, changes, cancellations, and itinerary management. Execute high-volume calling with accuracy and conversion discipline.

Requirements:

Direct experience in US travel sales.

Proven performance on PPC and Meta calls.

Full operational command of Amadeus and relevant CMS tools.

Mastery of airline fare rules, routing logic, seat classes, addons, and ticketing workflows.

Ability to close sales under pressure without script dependence.

Clear communication, fast recall, and error-free transaction handling.

Mandatory proximity to Gurugram with capacity for full-time onsite work at Udyog Vihar Phase 4.

Function:

Convert leads from PPC and Meta streams.

Sell tickets with precision on fares, upsells, penalties, and alternative routing.

Resolve customer issues across schedule changes, confirmations, voids, refunds, and reissues.

Maintain strict compliance with process, call quality, and documentation.

Operate on US shift hours.
