We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to drive business growth for data center infrastructure and mission-critical solutions across enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, telecom, BFSI, and industrial sectors.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project sales including business development, customer engagement, solution selling, tender handling, techno-commercial discussions, and project closures.
Key Responsibilities• Drive sales growth for data center infrastructure and turnkey solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and bid submissions
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams for solution development
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, and OEM partners
• Achieve sales targets, order booking, and margin objectives
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Ensure timely collections, customer satisfaction, and successful project handovers

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or related field
• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience Required• 8–15 years in project sales / business development
• Strong experience in data center, critical infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, ELV, AI surveillance, or IT infrastructure projects
• Hands-on techno-commercial and solution selling experience is mandatory
• Practical exposure to AI-based video surveillance systems, VMS platforms, analytics-based security solutions, and enterprise surveillance architecture will be preferred
