Key Responsibilities

Monitor backbone network health and performance.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, MPLS, and transport issues.
Manage incidents and participate in outage bridges.
Coordinate with field operations, engineering, and vendors.
Perform network validations after changes and maintenance.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.
Support capacity and performance analysis.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
MPLS and Core Network concepts.
NOC Operations and Incident Management.
Network monitoring tools.
