Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices
- Analyze user requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UI)
- Participate in architecture discussions and system design
- Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of applications
- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying bugs and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 and above)
- Excellent understanding of:
-> OOP concepts (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction)
-> Data Structures & Algorithms
-> Multithreading and Concurrency
-> Collections Framework
-> Exception Handling
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
- Hands-on with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiar with design patterns and system design principles
- Experience in event-driven architecture / messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, JS, Angular/React) is a plus
