Workyouwill do
AsaSeniorAnalyst,youwillresearchanddevelopsolutionsbuiltonvariedtechnologieslikeMicrosoftSQLServer,MS Azure SQL, Azure Services. You will support a team which provides high-quality solutions to the customers by followingastreamlinedsystemdevelopmentmethodology.Intheprocessofacquaintingyourselfwith variousdevelopment tools, testing tools, methodologies and processes, you will be aligned to the following role:
- Role:DatamartSolutionSenior Analyst As a Datamart Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions on building high performingdatamartandreportingtoolsusingtools/technologieslike MS SQL Server, MS Azure SQL,MSBI Suite.
Yourkeyresponsibilities include:
- Interactwithenduserstogather,document,andinterpret requirements.
- Leveragerequirementstodesigntechnical solution.
- DevelopSQLobjectsandscriptsbasedon design.
- Analyze,debug,andoptimizeexistingstoredproceduresand views.
- Leverageindexes,performancetuningtechniques,anderrorhandlingtoimproveperformanceofSQL scripts.
- ShouldbeabletoseamlesslyworkwithdifferentAzure services.
- Improve performance and find opportunities to improvise process to bring in efficiency in SQL & SSIS .
- Create,scheduleandmonitorSQL jobs.
- Should be proficient in building pipelines in SSIS.
- Should possess relevant experience in working with different sources and destinations.
- Proactivelyprioritizeactivities,handletasksanddeliverqualitysolutionson time.
- Communicateclearlyandregularlywithteamleadershipandproject teams.
- Manageongoingdeliverabletimelinesandownrelationshipswithendclientstounderstandifdeliverablescontinue to meet client's need.
- Workcollaborativelywithotherteammembersandendclientsthroughoutdevelopmentlife cycle.
- Research,learn,implement,andshareskillsonnew technologies.
- Understand the customer requirement well and provide status update to project lead (US/USI) on calls and emails efficiently.
- Proactivelyprioritizeactivities,handletasksanddeliverqualitysolutionson time.
- Guidejuniormembersinteamtogetthemuptospeedindomain,toolandtechnologieswework on.
- Continuouslyimprovesskillsinthisspacebycompletingcertificationandrecommended training.
- ObtainandmaintainathoroughunderstandingoftheMDMdatamodel,GlobalSystems&Client attributes.
- Good to have knowledge on Full stack development.

Qualifications and experience Required:
- EducationalQualification:B.E/B.TechorMTech(60%or6.5GPAand above)
- ShouldbeproficientinunderstandingofoneormoreofthefollowingTechnologies:ExtensiveknowledgeinDBMS concepts, exposure to querying on any relational database preferably MS SQL Server, MS Azure SQL, SSIS.
- Should have good experience in automating and generating insights using Python.
- Understandsdevelopmentmethodologyand lifecycle.
- Excellentanalyticalskillsandcommunicationskills(written,verbal,and presentation)
- Abilitytochartones'owncareerandbuildnetworkswithinthe organization.
- Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateamwithprofessionalsatall levels.
- Abilitytoprioritizetasks,workonmultipleassignments,andraiseconcerns/questionswhere appropriate.
- Seekinformation/ideas/establishrelationshipwithcustomertoassessanyfuture opportunities.
