Looking for smart, innovative and motivated individuals to join the team of professionals to work on different BSP, kernel subsystems on the Android/Linux platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Core BSP Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Board Support Packages (BSP) for embedded hardware platforms.
- Perform board bring-up and hardware-software integration for new platforms.
- Work on bootloaders such as U-Boot / LK / UEFI.
- Customize and optimize Linux Kernel / Android HAL / Device Drivers.
- Develop and debug peripheral drivers (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, GPIO).
- Work on device tree, power management, memory management, interrupt handling.
- Optimize boot time, system stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with hardware teams during board validation.
Multimedia Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate audio/video multimedia frameworks on embedded platforms.
- Work with GStreamer, FFmpeg, OpenMAX, V4L2, ALSA, PulseAudio.
- Enable camera, display, codec, HDMI, audio pipeline features.
- Optimize video playback, streaming, low latency, and multimedia performance.
- Work on hardware acceleration using GPU / DSP / ISP / codec engines.
- Develop and debug media drivers for camera sensors, display panels, codecs.
- Handle video formats such as H.264, H.265, MPEG, VP9, AAC, PCM, etc.
- Support multimedia use cases like recording, playback, streaming, conferencing
Education Bachelor's (or) master's degree in engineering with EEE, ECE, CSE as specialization
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Shift: General
Work Week: Monday to Friday
