Coral Jewellery Designer – Corporate Merchandise Focus

Position: Coral Jewellery Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and commercially viable coral jewellery collections aligned with corporate and retail requirements
- Understand and interpret corporate client briefs, buyer preferences, and merchandising strategies
- Develop collections suitable for large retail chains, corporate orders, and B2B segments
- Ensure designs are lightweight, scalable, cost-effective, and production-friendly
- Work closely with the business development and merchandising team to create demand-driven designs
- Translate market trends into saleable jewellery concepts, especially for different regional markets
- Prepare design presentations, CAD briefs, and concept sheets for internal and client approvals
- Maintain a balance between creativity and commercial success
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy
Key Focus Areas:
- Designing for corporate clients and organized jewellery chains
- Strong understanding of merchandising mix (fast-moving, volume-driven designs)
- Focus on South Indian market preferences (where applicable)
- Creating collections that support bulk production and consistent quality
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in jewellery designing (with coral or similar materials preferred)
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and retail requirements
- Experience working with corporate clients, large retailers, or export houses
- Ability to design with a commercial mindset (not only artistic)
- Hands-on experience with CAD coordination and production processes
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients
