Copywriter

Job Opportunity (Walk-in Sector 65, Gurugram)

We are looking for:

If you think in hooks, scripts, and sharp content ideas, this role is for you. We're hiring a Copywriter + Scriptwriter who also enjoys active social media management.

This is an on-site role in Gurugram, where you'll handle end-to-end creative work across platforms.

What You Will Do:

Research trends, competitors, audience behaviour, and plan monthly content calendars.

Write high-retention reel scripts, short-video scripts, and copy for performance-oriented Meta ads.

Build ideas, hooks, storyboards, and creative angles with the Marketing and Design teams.

Maintain a sharp, clear, and consistent brand voice across all content.

Handle Instagram basics: stories, collaborations, community posts, engagement-friendly formats, and new features.

Provide video-editing support for Instagram using professional tools (no mobile editing).

Participate actively in content shoots, idea testing, and campaign execution.

What We Expect:

13 years of full-time experience in copywriting/content writing (mandatory).

Demonstrated stability in previous roles.

Experience managing brand social media accounts with measurable output.

Ability to learn fast, think creatively, and communicate clearly.

Real estate experience is a plus.

Willingness to relocate to or reside in Gurugram or nearby areas.

Skills Required:

Strong English + Hindi writing.

Understanding of digital content formats and social-media behaviour.

Ability to write short, catchy, trending scripts.

Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, professional video-editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.), and Photoshop for visual creation.

Good command of MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for maintaining a clean content repository.

Compensation:

Up to 45,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
