About the Role:

Whyder is looking for a Copywriter who can lead brand thinking across strategy, communication, and content. This role is core to building brands end-to-end from positioning and identity to content systems and performance narratives.

You'll be the bridge between creative & strategy ensuring each brand speaks clearly, consistently, and impactfully across platforms.

We're looking for someone who thinks, fights, and writes.

Someone who can stare at a blank page and enjoy the discomfort.

Someone who doesn't ask what's trending before asking what actually hits

Key responsibilities -

  • Write narrative based scripts that engage the end user to take an action.
  • Work closely with the brand managers in understanding the briefs and churn scripts that are truly engaging from the beginning i.e. hook, body and outro.
  • Turn half-baked ideas into full-blown stories
  • Proficient enough to understand the verbiage of each TG of a brand.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists without ego.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in brand strategy or brand management (agency or client-side)
  • Strong understanding of content, design systems, and digital-first brand thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to think conceptually, write sharply, and brief creatives effectively
  • Comfortable working on multiple brands across varied industries
  • Detail-oriented, fast with decks and structured in documentation
  • Ability to lead internal reviews and communicate strongly with the brand managers or other individual stakeholders.

Bonus if you have:

  • Worked on brand building from scratch (naming, identity, GTM).
  • Experience in handling real estate, D2C or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio of decks, frameworks or past campaigns.
