Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven Copywriter with healthcare advertising experience to join our creative team. This role is open from Senior Copywriter up to Copy Group Head level, depending on experience and capability. The candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, films, and on-ground activations while ensuring medical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Copy Development

  • Conceptualize and write integrated healthcare campaigns across digital, print, social media, websites, films, presentations, and brand collaterals
  • Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, compelling, and engaging communication
  • Maintain brand tone, consistency, and messaging across platforms

Integrated Campaigns

  • Work closely with Art Directors, Strategy, Client Servicing, and Medical teams to deliver 360 campaigns
  • Contribute to brand thinking, campaign ideas, and pitch presentations
  • Adapt long-format and short-format content across channels

Leadership & Mentorship (For Senior Roles)

  • Lead and mentor junior copywriters
  • Review and elevate copy quality across brands
  • Take ownership of creative output for assigned accounts
  • Guide teams on healthcare compliance and best practices

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all content adheres to medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines
  • Edit, proofread, and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Coordinate with medical/legal reviewers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 28 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably handling healthcare/pharma brands
  • Strong command of English language, storytelling, and conceptual thinking
  • Proven experience in integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
  • Ability to simplify complex medical information creatively
  • Good understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on pharma, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, medical devices, or OTC brands
  • Exposure to global healthcare brands
  • Pitch and new-business experience (for leadership roles)
