What You'll Do
As a Copywriter, you will:
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for real estate brands across digital and offline platforms.
- Write copy for ads, brochures, landing pages, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, scripts, outdoor, and sales communication.
- Translate briefs into compelling messaging that communicates project benefits, lifestyle appeal, and urgency.
- Work closely with creative and client servicing teams to develop campaign ideas and content frameworks.
- Create messaging aligned with buyer psychology, project positioning, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and brand voice across all deliverables.
- Ensure content accuracy including pricing, configurations, amenities, location value propositions, and RERA details when required.
- Stay updated on real estate communication trends, formats, and audience behaviour.
What We Want
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 25 years of experience in copywriting.
- Has strong command over English with the ability to write crisp, clear, and impactful copy.
- Can simplify technical real estate details into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Understands campaign writing across print, digital, scripts, and performance-led creative.
- Is detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet timelines with consistency.
- Enjoys collaborating with design and client-facing teams and is open to feedback and iteration.
