Role Overview
We're looking for a Copywriter who understands that copy is not decoration it's persuasion. You'll craft compelling, conversion-focused content across digital platforms while aligning with brand voice, campaign goals, and performance metrics.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, marketing psychology, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-impact copy for ads, websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and brand communication
- Develop clear, persuasive messaging aligned with campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion)
- Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, account managers, and strategists to build cohesive campaigns
- Adapt tone and style for different brands, industries, and target audiences
- Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives
- Edit, proofread, and refine content to maintain quality, clarity, and consistency
- Optimize copy based on performance data, A/B testing insights, and audience behavior
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform guidelines, and evolving content formats
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong command of English with an eye for clarity, flow, and persuasion
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ads, funnels, CTAs, audience intent)
- Ability to think strategically, not just creatively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates versatility across formats and industries
