About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter who can create emotionally engaging and performance-driven UGC scripts for a spiritual jewellery and astrology-focused brand. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to write relatable, retention-focused scripts that connect deeply with audiences across short-form digital platforms. Candidates with prior understanding or experience in astrology, spirituality, manifestation, healing, or belief-driven content spaces will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Write high performing scripts for short form UGC video ads.

Createstronghooks and retention-driven storytelling formats

Developemotionally engaging and conversion-focused scripts

Writecontentaround spirituality, astrology, manifestation, healing, relationships, and lifestyle themes

Brainstorm content angles, campaign ideas, and trend-based concepts

Work closely with Video Editors, Content Strategists, and Creative teams for execution

Ensurescripts are optimized for engagement, watch time, and conversions

Adapt writing style based on audience personas and platform requirements

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, or content writing

Strong understanding of UGC-style and performance-driven content

Ability to write scroll-stopping hooks and conversational scripts

Strong commandover Hindi andEnglish writing

Goodunderstanding of social media trends and short-form content formats

Strong ideation, storytelling, and audience understanding skills

Interestor understanding of astrology/spiritual content space

Portfolio/work samples are mandatory

Preferred Skills

Experiencewriting UGC-style or ad-focused scripts

Priorexperience in astrology, spirituality, or belief-driven content niches

Familiarity with creator-led content and viral content formats
