Job Title - Copywriter (preferably experienced in Experiential, Event or Digital Marketing industry)
Location - New Delhi (Okhla)
Salary - 5.5 to 6.5 LPA
Experience - 3 to 4 years
Job Purpose:
As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting impactful and engaging content that brings brand stories and creative concepts to life. This role is pivotal in shaping the narrative for our brand, with a specific focus on developing compelling content for events, marketing campaigns, and core brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is a master wordsmith who can seamlessly translate brand concepts into engaging, audience-specific copy across various channels.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability:
• Brand Storytelling:
o Develop and maintain a consistent, authentic, and compelling brand voice across all
communications.
o Craft core messaging, mission statements, value propositions, and conceptual narratives that
clearly articulate the brand's unique identity.
o Translate complex product or service concepts into clear, engaging, and benefit-driven copy.
• Events Copy & Concepts:
o Support copy and ideation development for all brand events, including conferences, product
launches, webinars, and internal events and social media posts.
o Develop event concepts, themes, and taglines that drive attendance and engagement.
o Write event-related materials such as countdowns, AVS, teasers, AV story boards, registration
pages, email invitations, on-site signage, speaker introductions, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
o Partner closely with the Design and Client Servicing Team to ensure visual, product, and sales
narratives align with the overall brand story.
o Participate in concepting and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.
o Present copy drafts and rationales clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Advertising, or a related
field.
• 3–4 years of experience in copywriting or creative communication, preferably within the
experiential, event, or digital marketing industry.
• Proven ability to develop creative content across mediums (print, digital, video, on
ground).
• Strong command over English with excellent storytelling and conceptual writing skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with branding, marketing language, and audience engagement principles.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and creative iteration.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong conceptual and creative writing ability with a strategic understanding of brand
communication.
• Excellent command over grammar, tone, and audience-adaptive messaging.
• Ability to convert complex briefs into simple, impactful communication.
• Sound understanding of digital and experiential marketing landscapes.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ownership of quality.
• Effective time management and teamwork capabilities
