About ONFLIT
ONFLIT helps senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives build authentic thought leadership on LinkedIn and across social media. We're looking for a full-time copywriter to join our team and grow with us as we scale.
You'll start by writing for 3–5 clients under direct mentorship from the founders, with the goal of scaling to a full roster of 10 clients as you settle into our editorial system and client voices.
What You'll Do
- Write medium to long-form LinkedIn posts and articles based on client inputs — voice notes, calls, raw ideas.
- Reshape a client's thinking into a narrative that sounds like them, not like you.
- Build a clear point of view in every piece, backed by real research.
- Go through structured editorial feedback rounds and apply the reasoning to your next draft.
- Scale from 3–5 clients to a full roster of 10 as you grow into our system.
How You Will Be Onboarded
Your first weeks are focused on learning our editorial system and the individual voices of your first 3–5 clients. You'll work closely with structured feedback on each draft, with the reasoning behind every edit made explicit, so you can apply it independently going forward.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 2 years of content writing or copywriting experience, in a full-time role (freelance or part-time experience does not count toward this).
- A strong command of written English: structure, clarity, grammar, rhythm.
- Comfort doing real research — reading around a topic, pulling examples, checking facts before writing a word.
- Openness to direct, specific editorial feedback and the ability to apply it to your next draft. • Genuine interest in business and leadership — you'll be writing for founders and executives, so their world needs to interest you.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities shift with client needs.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience writing personal branding content or LinkedIn content specifically.
- An active habit of reading or writing online — a blog, a newsletter, a personal LinkedIn presence.
