Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and creative Copywriter with 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should not only write impactful copy but also think conceptually and strategically, contributing to campaign ideas, brand positioning, and communication strategy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and communication strategies for advertising campaigns
  • Write compelling copy for digital, social media, print, outdoor, films, and integrated campaigns
  • Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into strong messaging and storytelling
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Social Media Managers, and Client Servicing teams from ideation to execution
  • Create taglines, headlines, scripts, captions, ad copies, and long-form content
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication
  • Review, edit, and refine content based on internal and client feedback
  • Understand consumer insights, market trends, and competitor communication to guide copy strategy
  • Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency
  • Strong command of English with exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Proven ability to think conceptually, creatively, and strategically
  • Experience in developing campaign ideas, brand narratives, and messaging frameworks
  • Ability to present and justify creative and strategic choices
  • Strong collaboration and time-management skills
