About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with experience in performance marketing ads. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and a strong understanding of writing high-converting copy for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling ad copy for performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Develop engaging headlines, primary text, captions, and call-to-actions that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to improve messaging.
- Optimize copy based on campaign performance data and A/B testing results.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communication.
- Write short-form content for landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Understand customer persona and create copy tailored to their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Copywriter in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience writing performance-driven ad copy.
- Strong command of English writing and grammar.
- Ability to write concise, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy.
- Familiarity with social media advertising formats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, BA in English, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and ad optimization.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate multiple copy variations quickly.
